FireRef (Found it) GC1CGJY - Roadside Park (2/1.5) by kalkavekkian
This was one of about 11 caches that BVFDJR, FFKid, and I did on a roughly week long trip to go see the Mall of America and do some other fun stuff around it. This cache was outside the campground we stayed at on the first night of our trip, approximately halfway between home and our destination. We hunted for probably about 10 minutes before we finally found the container. It was supposed to be an easy cache, but we took a little longer than we probably should have. Thanks for putting this out, and for bringing us somewhere we could pick up a reasonably quick cache (and some of us could use the porta-potty - haha).

This was one of about 11 caches that BVFDJR, FFKid, and I did on a roughly week long trip to go see the Mall of America and do some other fun stuff around it. This was on Day 2 of our trip, while we were still working our way toward the Mall. We stopped here for a couple of reasons - bathroom break, and to pick up the cache. We went into the woods, and found this one relatively quickly. Thanks for bringing us here, and for putting this out. It was a little wet in there, mainly because it had rained overnight in the area, but well worth the slight dampness we experienced for the next couple of hours.

This was one of about 11 caches that BVFDJR, FFKid, and I did on a roughly week long trip to go see the Mall of America and do some other fun stuff around it. This was on Day 2, while we were still working our way toward the mall. We were looking for a couple of quick and easy caches, and this one seemed like it would have been one of these. We were wrong on that - it was a pretty long climb and distance from the parking area (and even further because we had parked in the area where trucks did because of towing a camper). By the time we got up to the cache, I was rather winded, and FFKid was irritated because he, like me, had expected it to be a quick and easy find, and although the find was, the getting there and back wasn't. He beat me back to the car by quite a bit, because he took a couple of shortcuts on the way. Thanks for putting this here and giving us a little exercise on a 14 hour trip!
